INSB Class well positioned in Tokyo MoU Annual Report 2014
The Port State Control Authorities of Asia-Pacific region (Tokyo MoU) have recently released their Annual Report 2014 together with the 3 year performance listings 2012-2014 for Flag States & ROs.
Based on the published PSC information, in the year 2014, INSB Class received 27 Inspections with no any RO related detention being recorded. As in the past year 2013, it is noteworthy that INSB Class continued in 2014 its unbroken pattern of no RO related detentions being attributed.
In terms of the INSB Class 3-year performance overview for the period 2012-2014, INSB recorded a total of 122 Inspections with only one (1) case being attributed as RO related detention ( i.e. in year 2012).
Such figures resulted in scoring an excess factor of just 0.26 and being ranked amongst the Grey category of the aforementioned Port state Control MoU.
INSB Class looks forward in making its way to the High performance rank by this year ending.
