INSB Class | Strengthening Guyana’s Maritime Future

INSB Class is pleased to have supported the Government of Guyana, through the Maritime Administration Department Guyana, in the successful survey and certification of an Open Type Double-End RORO PAX “ARIS IV” (IMO 9904431) and of an Open Type RORO PAX “KALLIOPI N” (IMO 1063310) – recently purchased from Greece.
The INSB Class was entrusted to conduct surveys and issue the ncessary statutory certificates and documentation under the Flag Authority of Guyana, ensuring both vessels met all regulatory and safety requirements for their relocation voyage to Guyana.

We extend our appreciation to Redwise, the assigned company responsible for the technical preparations and delivery arrangements, for their valuable cooperation and professionalism, throughout this process.
With the first vessel, “ARIS IV”, now certified and departing for Guyana, this milestone highlights the constructive collaboration between Maritime Administration Department Guyana, INSB Class, and Redwise, contributing to the enhancement of Guyana’s domestic maritime infrastructure and transport capacity.

This milestone marks a significant step forward in Guyana’s maritime transport development, enhancing domestic connectivity and supporting the nation’s growing inland and coastal mobility needs.
