A unique project being built under INSB Class

INSB Class has been increasing its activity in the new constructions segment, depicting a growing trend in the society’s trusted ability to deliver.
One of the currently on-going projects is a unique project named the “Jounieh Floating Island Resort (JFIR)” which is the first floating island in the world based on the Dhow-4 technology, being supervised by the INSB Class.
The JFIR –being built to INSB Class rules– is five star hotel, with surface area of 3400 sqm, length 74 m, width 46 m and shall include 64 rooms, 80 cabins, a roof top restaurant, a sea side restaurant, a nightclub, and various sea-sport activities.
The construction sites are located in three sites across Lebanon; Jounieh,Tripoli and Beirut. Once completed it will be floating in the Bay of Jounieh. The project is set to launch by summer 2015.
