PMA has issued Resolution No. J.D. No. 045-2021 dated June 29th., 2021 (attached) which “Approve the regulation for the issuance of the certificate of inspection of crew accommodation (CICA) and the issuance of its exemptions, dispensations and authorization of the ship registry of the Republic of Panama” on its Spanish and English version.
